I'm not sure how other business owners react when seeing their reviews, but if I see a good one, it only encourages me and fires me up to continue to make customers my top priority. As a consumer myself, I know what it's like to be on the receiving end of good service (and also bad service) and each gets a reaction from me. If I get great service, I make a note to make them a consistent place to go, and if I don't, I'll usually try again, but it depends on that second interaction if I'll go back. It takes extra work to go the extra mile, but it's worth it and my customers deserve it. I feel more and more grateful when I see customers coming back to me.
